North Platte United is looking for girls interested in playing at that “next level” of soccer. We are looking for players that were born after 8/1/1999, have a real desire to play soccer, and can be committed to a competitive soccer team.
More specifically: We (Brian Bielicki, Jeff Hedgecock, and Brad Borgess) are forming a girl’s soccer team to be able to compete in the college showcase tournaments - 2 or 3 tournaments a year. (This does not mean that your daughter will not be able to participate and play with other soccer teams.) Its a great way for them to be recognized by college coaches as well as improve their level of play. There are no additional fees involved other than uniform expenses and tournament fees.
Try-outs will be held September 20-21, from 1-3pm, at Centenial Park at the corner of Oak and Francis. Players must attend both days. Bring shinguards and shoes, a ball, and water. Players will be notified if they made the team or not by September 27th.
For questions, please call Brian, Jeff or Brad.
